Your profile will be created and you will be provided access to the Local Expert Partner Central Self-Service tool to load your products. It takes on average 2 hours to complete one product in this portal. |
How long it takes
When you join Expedia through the signup page, you are placed in a queue of onboarding suppliers. Each supplier is individually pre-screened by the Destination Manager in your area in order to ensure quality, value, and service for our customers
Make sure you have all the necessary documentation ready and information required to load your products into the Local Expert Partner Central Self-Service tool. The more information readily available about your company and products, the more likely they are to prioritize you in the onboarding queue.
How you get paid
All suppliers are on an automatic payment scheme called Expedia Auto-Pay which means we will send you payment without the need to invoice Expedia.
Here is how it works:
On the first business day of the month the Expedia Accounts Payable team will pull a report of all arrivals/redemptions for the previous month.Expedia will automatically generate a payment for these arrivals/redemptions and send it to you via the payment method currently on file within 30 days.
Note: You must ensure the bank account is in the name of your company and is controlled by your company.
