How to work with Musement

Why sell on Musement?

Musement offers local tours and attractions across 80 different countries. More than just “things to do”, they can include temporary, exclusive, hidden-gem and even free activities. Musement also recently formed a partnership with Booking.com to provide them with tour and activity products so being on Musement may lead to you being offered on Booking.com also.

Sign up process

  • Start by completing the registration process on Musement and agree to the Terms and Conditions

  • Once registered an account manager will evaluate your company information.

  • If successful, an account manager will reach out to you to start the onboarding process. This process can take 3 – 6 weeks depending on the backlog.

How long it takes

Expect the process to take up to 6 weeks from initial contact to products being available. This process may speed up now that Booking.com is reliant on TUI Musement for product content

Speed up the process with Magpie

Add your product content to Magpie and share it with resellers worldwide including exporting from Magpie directly into the TUI Musement supplier platform.

How much commission you pay

Musement offers free products but you can expect to pay 20-35% in commission.

How you get paid

TUI Musement pay suppliers monthly once you have invoiced them. You will be paid for the previous months bookings minus any refunds or compensations TUI Musement pays to customers.

Magpie Opinion

Pros: TUI Musement offers a variety of products, allowing for unique, short run or even free products. The TUI brand is huge in Europe their partnership with Booking.com will expand their reach even further.

Cons: Getting your products online can take some time due to the manual efforts but that process can be made faster with Magpie.
