Importing and Mapping

Once you have connected an extranet account you can then import the products that do not exist in Magpie or map to products that you already have in the Magpie platform.

This allows for you to have multiple extranets connected to one product instead of creating duplicates of the same product.

Navigate to the Connections tab under the Other menu and click on connect on the account you would like to add. You will then be prompted to enter your extranet credentials and click on create connection.

On the accounts connection screen you will see a list of products with the options to map or import.

To import a product, click on the Create on Magpie button on the product you want to import.

Mapping your products

 If you want to map a product on an extranet to a product you already have in Magpie. Filter your list by selecting the 3rd option on the list which are the unmapped products.

You should now have a list which looks like this with options on the left:

Click on the Map Now button next to the product you would like to map. You will then see a pop up window where you can select which product you would like to assign to then click on Update Mapping.

Your product is now mapped meaning you can push content updates from Magpie directly into that product on that reseller platform.
