How to Sign Up
Submit company info
Visit the Expedia signup page and submit your company information.
Destination Manager review
A Destination Manager reviews your eligibility - this can take 4–6 weeks depending on backlog.
Complete DocuSign forms
Upon approval, receive and complete DocuSign forms for banking details, contact info, and insurance.
Load products
Gain access to Local Expert Partner Central to load your products (~2 hours per product).
How Long Does It Take?
Suppliers join a queue requiring individual pre-screening by regional Destination Managers. Having documentation and product information ready may accelerate placement in the queue.
Commission Rates
Commission ranges from 20–35%, negotiated directly with your Destination Manager prior to product loading.
Payment Method
Automatic Expedia Auto-Pay processes on the first business day monthly for the previous month's arrivals and redemptions. Funds are distributed within 30 days via your registered payment method. Bank accounts must be company-controlled.
