Manage Contacts

Overview

The Manage Contacts page helps you organize communication with your reseller partners and their representatives. It is divided into two main sections: individual contacts and contact lists.

This section displays all of your reseller contacts with a total count at the top.

Available Features

  • Search and Filter - Locate contacts by name or keywords
  • Add Contact - Create new contacts using the Add Contact button
  • Download - Export your contact list as a CSV file

Contact Lists

Contact lists allow you to group multiple contacts together for bulk communication.

Available Features

  • Create Contact List - Set up a new group of contacts
  • Each list displays its name, the email addresses it contains, and an actions dropdown

Actions Dropdown

For each contact list, you can:

  • Edit the list details
  • Delete the group
  • Download the list as a CSV file

Best Practices

  • Keep contacts organized by reseller platform for easy management
  • Use contact lists to streamline bulk notifications when you update product content
  • Regularly verify that contact email addresses are up to date
