Manage Reviews
Overview
The Manage Reviews page lets you view, respond to, and manage all of your customer reviews from a single interface within Magpie.
Review Information
Each review card displays:
- Star Rating - The rating given by the customer
- Product Name - Which product or experience was reviewed
- Reviewer Details - The reviewer's name and country
- Review Source - The platform where the review was posted
- Post Date - When the review was published
Key Actions
Respond to Reviews
Click the Respond button on any review to craft and post a reply directly to the customer. Responding to reviews shows that you value your customers and their experience. Once submitted, your response will appear on the review details section.

It was my husband's and my first trip to San Francisco and we didn't have a car. So the Hop on Hop off bus was a great way to see the city and get around.
