To send an announcement, simply choose one of the available options from the grid. Each option is designed for a specific type of communication.
Share Products

Send information about upcoming changes of disruptions to your product or service. Things like temporary closures, and local events affecting your product.
Blocked Dates
Send out a list of unavailable upcoming dates for products or services.
General Message
Send a general message to resellers - if none of the other options serve your needs.
Auto-notification
Send a auto-notification.
Announcement Types
- Share Products: This option is for sharing new products or adding existing products to new resellers. Clicking this will direct you to a form where you can select the products and the resellers you want to share them with.
- Product Update: Use this to inform resellers about changes to your products, such as updated pricing or new rate information. It's a key tool for keeping your partners up-to-date.
- Service Disruption: Select this option to notify resellers about temporary closures or local events that might affect your products. This helps manage expectations and prevent booking issues.
- Blocked Dates: This is useful for communicating a list of specific dates when your products or services are unavailable.
- General Message: If your announcement doesn't fit into any of the other categories, this option lets you send a general message to your resellers.
- Auto-notification: This is for setting up automated notifications. This could be used for system-generated alerts or regular updates.
