Reseller Listings

Overview

The Reseller Listings dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your product listings across all connected reseller platforms. It displays your total listing count and offers tools for management, search, and data export.

Top-Level Controls

• Search - Locate listings by reseller name
• Add Listing - Create new product listings on reseller platforms
• Download - Export all listings as a CSV file

Reseller Cards

Each connected reseller appears as an expandable card containing:

• Platform Identification - The reseller's logo and name
• Quick Metrics - Total and active product counts at a glance
• View in Reseller Hub - A button to jump to platform-specific management
• Delete All Listings - An option to remove all listings for that reseller (requires confirmation)
• Expand/Collapse - Toggle to show or hide the detailed listing table

Detailed Listing Table

When you expand a reseller card, you will see a table with the following columns:

Product Name

The title of each listing on that reseller platform.

Reseller Link

A direct URL to the live product page on the reseller's website.

Status

Color-coded indicators show the current state of each listing:

• Submitted (green) - The listing is active and selling
• Pending (yellow) - The listing is awaiting action or review
• Incomplete (gray) - The listing requires additional information

You can manually update a listing's status using the dropdown menu.

Actions

Each listing has edit and delete options accessible via a dropdown menu.
