Reviews Analytics

Overview

The Reviews Analytics page provides a comprehensive dashboard for analyzing and comparing review data across multiple sources, time periods, and products.

Filter Options

At the top of the page, customize your data view using:

• All Sources - Select or deselect specific review platforms (such as Expedia, Viator, and TripAdvisor) with expandable sub-sources
• All Scores - Filter by star ratings from 1 to 5
• Date Range - Set custom timeframes using the date input fields
• Product and Collection Filters - Narrow results to specific products or groups
• Filter Reviews Button - Apply all selected filters to update the charts

Main Stats

Key performance metrics displayed at a glance:

• Total number of reviews
• Average star rating
• Highest score received
• Lowest score received
• Line chart showing average score trends over the selected period

Overview by Score

Two visualizations help you understand your rating distribution:

• Horizontal Bar Chart - Shows the total number of reviews at each star rating
• Stacked Bar Chart - Displays how star rating distribution has changed over time
• Hover over any data point to reveal specific values

Overview by Source

Similar to the score overview, this section shows:

• Horizontal Bar Chart - Review counts per source platform
• Stacked Bar Chart - Volume trends by source over time
• Hover to reveal source-specific review counts on any given date

Compare Sources

Multiple comparison charts let you evaluate performance across platforms:

• Average score versus previous period
• Average score versus the same period last year
• Review count per source in a stacked bar format

Compare Products

A detailed table compares individual products with:

• Total average scores across all sources
• Source-specific scores for each platform
• Scatter charts showing score trends over time
• Clickable product name links to dedicated product pages
• Indicators for unmapped products with links to the reseller hub for mapping
